About Isos Stamelos Monroe- Skyline Realty International


Isos Stamelos - Monroe is the Managing Broker of Skyline Realty International.  He has over 10 years of experience in the real estate market and he possesses great strength in his ability to creatively structure transactions. As Director of Acquisitions for 4 years at Skyline Equities Realty, Mr. Stamelos - Monroe is well-equipped with the knowledge, experience and drive to lead Skyline Realty International.  Mr. Stamelos – Monroe is responsible for cultivating and maintaining the company’s business relationships which include opportunity funds, private investors and other various clienteles across the globe. With more than 10 years of experience in the marketing, sales and leasing of luxury residential condominium properties and commercial properties, Mr. Stamelos-Monroe possesses the skill necessary to successfully market and sell real estate in order to achieve maximum profitability in the shortest time.  Mr. Stamelos – Monroe attended DePaul University pursuing a double major in Finance and Marketing. He is a member of Leadership 100 and a Knight Commander with the Sovereign Military Order of the Temple of Jerusalem.

About Heather Grimes - International Real Estate Company


Heather Grimes is the broker/owner for International Real Estate Company (IRECO) and a licensed instructor/owner for Heather Grimes Real Estate School. Heather has served on the Florida Realtor's Board of Directors for the past 6 years on committees such as Professional Standards, Business Forms, Affordable Housing, MLS Practices, and Professional Development.

 

On a local level, Heather trains on Real Estate and Technology and at her local association and serves on the Board of Governors for the MIAMI Association of Realtors State and she served as the 2010 President for the Women’s Council of Realtors. She is the 2011 District Vice President for Women’s Council of Realtors and the 2010 CRS Chair for the Public Relations and Sponsorship Committee. She holds several N.A.R. designations including the ABRM, AHWD, CRS, GRI, ITI, and TRC and is currently working towards her CPM and CIPS.
